Anyone know how to use an Italian Tracking #

Long story short, paid $30 to ship a book from Italy. Dude didn't ship it for 30 days, I opened a case.

He shipped within a few hours and provided a tracking #. He's begging me to end the case so he can use Paypal.

All I want is the book and if I could verify that it's in the mail, I'd drop the case.

Trouble is, I can't navigate the Italian post site to save my life. Any veterans?

I had the same problem when i purchased my Popy Batman from an Italian seller. He gave me a tracking number and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to use it. The link took me to the Italian post site and I just got an error. I was able to change the site to English, but couldn't find any place to enter the number.

I know Google has some smarts related to tracking numbers. Don't know if it would help with an Italian tracking number, but may not hurt to try plugging it into the Google search box.
