Man----this is sad news. Another great one gone. His talents will be sorely missed. Condolences to Robin's family and to his brother, Barry. The musical world has truly lost a legend...
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

His legacy will live on eternal. The soundtrack to the 70's would have been nothing without him. Rest in Peace.

Very sad indeed. My heart goes out to his family and possibly no one more than his mother. She has had to bury all (but one) of her kids (Andy, Maurice, & now Robin). Just unbelievably bad luck. Barry is all that remains of the legendary trio.

Incredible that the oldest Gibb brother of the four, is the only one remaining. I just attended a funeral for a friend who lost his battle with cancer. It's really sad that we haven't found a cure for it yet.

I may be called a conspiracy theorist, but I truly believe the medical industry doesn't WANT to find cures for diseases like cancer. Doesn't anybody find it odd that cures and vaccines were discovered for so many other ailments 50+ years ago with less money and less technology than we have now?

Bottom line, there's too much profit in keeping people sick. You can only cure a disease once, but you can TREAT it for years. It's a FACT that drug companies withhold producing certain medicines people desperately need in order to drive up the price. It's sickening.
