      Multiple sites are reporting it...sounds like it is official. She had cancer. Only 63.

        She lost her battle w/ breast cancer and according to TMZ was recording an album at the tim of her death. RIP Donna. We will miss you!

            63 years old? She was the same age as my older sister!

            That's too darned young to go.

              I just heard her on the radio at lunch break. I wonder if the DJ knew and was doing a bit of a tribute.

                          Every time I hear a block of songs by the same person, I always wonder if they died. Apparently she hid her illness for quite sometime.

                              Heard it this afternoon on the "seventies lunch" radio show, they played a few of her songs as a tribute. Never heard a bad or semi-so song from Donna Summer...they were all good!

                              RIP Donna Summer, the Undisputed Queen of Disco!
