I've been trying to get a response about a possible US release about the bands new CD that will be coming out at the end of this month from Ultravox's official site. Not so much for me but for others here in the US that might want to get the new CD when it's released. I was fortunate enough to get my pre-order in through Amazon Canada from a great member here on the Museum. Here is the response that I got from the Ultravox site:

I understand that they may not have all the info...but there are some fans that want an actual physical CD in their hands and in their systems. I've heard that Sony will stop making new CD's next year for all new releases. That's just ridiculous in my opinion. Downloading has no appeal to me at all. It also is lesser quality sound wise. It really is strange thinking that I might not be able to get anymore CD's because "The Industry" is too damn lazy and greedy to make listeners/fans/buyers happy with a physical release of music. Sorry for the rant...but enough is enough already with the thought that technology is making things better. Not everything is better with new technology.
