Wow, I got mine rom Barnes & Noble for cover price and then gave it away here a couple years ago.

Im very happy to own two copys of the book. One book i ordered from Mr. Holcomb personaly four month ago. The shipping to Germany took 3 weeks and than i held it in my hands. He personalized it for me too with a nice drawing
. And the contact with Mr. Holcomb via E-mail was fantastic.
The other copy i ordered from "Thalia" who is a big book store in Germany. I never believed that the book finaly came to me. They call the cover price for it without shipping costs. I wait for month and nothing happends. But finaly there was a card in my postbox and the book has arrived. It took 5 Month.
My advise is: Try to order it in a great book store who has it still in the sale.
Than wait. Here in Germany the bookstores do everything to obtain it for you. Maybe it last 6 month. But its worth.
