The heck with the chicken. Popeye's biscuits should make the decision easy.

I miss KFC's BBQ chicken. Not the small little bits they have now.

The KFC's must be better in other parts of the country because their chicken's terrible in the Arkansas-Tennessee-Mississippi area. Small pieces , bloody around the bone, fat left on with the skin and the crust isn't always cooked through. I ate at the local KFC Sunday night for the first time in at least a year. The chicken reminded me why I hadn't been there in so long

Used to love the stuff as a kid, but now I'm getting heartburn just thinking about it.

Popeye's is better, but Church's is the best, to me.

I do like the taste of the grilled chicken at KFC, but they still have trouble cooking the breasts and thighs lone enough.

                Love KFC cole slaw, though.

Popeys is a bajillion times better than KFC... However, the people who generally work at Popeyes are uh, not good. It's a national chain that's ran like someone's first startup food joint.

That said, I always go into Popeyes knowing the service will be a mess, but the food will be great. Their shrimp is the bomb.

Man, that would be a lopsided fight. BTW, wrong Popeye for the chicken chain. It was this guy that the chain is named after.

I seem to live in a franchise "dead zone" over here in West Michigan. So, I went on Popeye's website to see where the closest store was. The closest is 38 miles away here in Michigan. The second, third, fifth and eighth closest restaurants are in southern Michigan. The fourth, sixth and seventh closest are in Racine and Milwaukee,....Wisconsin. See ya later,..I'm going take a short swim and pick up some chicken! LOL Dontcha think in this day and age, computerized maps could account for a little thing like Great Lake?
