Popeye's vs KFC

Here in Oakland...two chicken places are my faves...Merritt Bakery/Restaurant fried chicken...and Bakesale Betty fried chicken sandwich...yum...

Popeye's. They're overpriced IMO but good. KFC just kinda sucks these days.

Popeyes, I've gotten underdone KFC at least twice over the years.

If I had to choose it would be KFC without a doubt, i had friends raving about popeye's so when the one opened up near me, my best friend and I gave it a try and I was seriously let down, give me kfc if I have to pick one

I'm not a fan of either. But El Pollo Loco is another story. Great tasting roasted chicken.

Popeye's chicken is way more juicie inside and the coating melts in the mouth.

KFC chicken is kinda dry and tastes a little like frozen Banquet boxed chicken

I prefer popeye's chicken and mash potatoes but i love KFC as well

We have Popeyes everywhere here but I've never eaten there. No real idea why.

If it was still around,I'd prefer Kenny Rogers. They had good chicken.

I have never had Popeye's Chicken. I actually went to KFC today. The grilled chicken is awesome plus I got a chocolate cake (which was really good to) for ordering the family meal deal. Talk about having your cake and eating it to.

In the 1970s, I thought that KFC was great. Now, not so much.
