So what have you guys and gals been snacking on lately?

I just opened up a bag of Skittles. I have had a craving for them for a little while now. I really use to love these when I was younger. They are still good to this day. This is my second bag this week.

I've been trying to lose a little weight so I've been cutting back on the snacking, but I did have a small bag of chichorrones/pork cracklins a couple of days ago.

I've been munching down on the smaller oranges "Cuties". Easy to eat and I love them!

I haven't eaten anything with sugar in 6 weeks or so, and although it's a no-no on my diet plan, my new secret "cheat food" is dried figs.
This is also my answer for the "how you know youre getting old" thread, that I, #1: have a diet plan aka lifestyle change and that #2: The worst thing I'm putting in my body is dried figs. The times they are a changin'.

My real favorite snack is to break a piece of crispy crunch off and put it on top of a Resse peanut butter cup and shove the whole thing in my mouth.

I don't eat sweets during the week, so lately I've really enjoyed Trader Joe's Movie Theatre Popcorn. It comes in a bag, and doesn't tastes so much like the modern day buttered popcorn. It reminds me of when my mom used to make Jolly Time popcorn in a cast iron skillet, and my brother and I had to add the butter (not magarine), and mix it into the popcorn w/ our clean hands. Yum! I also like the Trader Joe's baked sweet onion rings, (kinda like Funyuns but better!)

I had a small bag of those the other day...the deli next door to the office sells them. Forgot how good they are.

I still buy the Jiffy pop popcorn from the old days thats pops in the at foil on top of the stove.I hate the taste of microwave popcorn!

I'm more of a savory guy than a sweet-toothed one.

I love snacking on beef jerky, tortilla chips with salsa, salty pumpkin seeds, smoked almonds, stuff like that...lol.
