I don't often watch Family Guy but definitely had to get the Family Guy Blue Harvest when it got released on DVD. I enjoyed it and glad I got the limited special edition with all the goodies. I'm looking forward to future episodes of the Star Wars saga. -

Ollie as Lando would be brilliant. I was watching carefully through the whole episode to spot him, Tom Tucker, Tricia Takanawa, and Diane Simmons. Not sure about the Emperor - Mr. Weed, perhaps?Leave a comment:

Ollie the weather guy could be Lando....What about the Emporer?
I really hated the dirty old man guy as Kenobi in the first one. Luckily he only briefly appears in Empire (at least in the real Empire).Leave a comment:

I'd like to see a cameo by Greased-Up Deaf Guy in the FG:Star Wars Universe! Maybe as Lobot?Leave a comment:

Loved Family Guy's Star Wars special .....
Hell, they even included a clip of Tom Baker's Doctor Who intro !!!
I can't wait to see their version of Empire !!!
Why do I have a feeling Cleveland is going to be Lando ?

On the DVD they confirmed that they ARE going to be doing Family Guy parodies of ESB and ROTJ as well.Leave a comment:

Yep, thanks for the heads up on why the Blue Harvest title, I bought the dvd yesterday and watched the extras in which the title was explained, so I figured it out before I got back on here to see the answer. However, I appreciate the answers, I wouldn't have known that in a million years. Neat little tidbit!Leave a comment:

Blue harvest was the title that Return of the Jedi was shot under to escape people finding out about the new(at the time) Star Wars film. Crew wore t-shirts with "Blue Harvest:Horror beyond imagination"...it was on cast sheets, scripts etc and had the added bonus of services not charging as much as they did for known big budget films, something that happened during the making of ESB.Leave a comment:
