Thinking a little more about it and trying to find some sites on early '90s fashions, hot colors were popular for most of the early nineties. They were worn on In living colour and Fresh Prince of Bel aire all the time I remember.Comment

Yeah, it's a late 80s-early 90s look. You'd see those people on the Highlander TV show with hair and clothes like that. My ex-wife used to try to get me to wear stuff like that when I lived in California. Jeans and t-shirts only for me. The occasional button-down.
