Yep, never dressed like that either. I did have a few T-shirts with some day-glo elements on them, but try finding one that didn't have hi-viz orange or yellow from 1988-1991!!!

I never really dressed that style, although I'm fully guilty of wearing Hawaiian shorts, and a completely different Hawaiian shirt, together. there's pictures. they're horrible. I'll spare you.

Mostly because it was too expensive, and didn't come in my size. You have to be a skinny minny in order to wear pants like those.

I wasn't very popular in school, but I really tried. I (hangs head in shame) had my fair share of outfits like this. Then again, we actually had beaches. The road the beach was home to numerous stores full of this stuff.

Nah, I never dressed like this either. I wore mostly white t shirts or rock shirts with blue jeans. I did have a mullet for many years though.

Living in Southern CA in the 80s, I did see a lot of this style, but I never wore it. When I was in high school, my 2 favorite shows were Fame and Diff'rent Strokes, so I longed to be more preppy or dance funky.
