I actually think the 2002 series is much better written BUT the character designs, voice actors, and animation (speaking animation style but not the limited animation) is much better in the original.
Who here would choose the newer design or the original?

    In your opinion.

Lots of 60s and 70s cartoons I don't care for but have never felt the need to tell people that like them that the shows sucked. Again, it seems to be a generational thing of the 60s and 70s kids needing to put down the 80s toons.

I really enjoyed Transformers for the most part. There was a lot of animation mistakes in it though that I think may have been a contributing factor to it being cancelled in the U.S. in the fourth season.

Wasnt into G.I. Joe. I think its because I couldnt get pass them just shooting in the general direction of each other. I was really into the comicbook series. Much better than the cartoon, imo.

Heathcliff was great, I like Marveduke as well. Definately no second stringer to Garfield.

Most think that the Thundercats cartoon was much better. My only complaint about it was the music was somewhat distracting.
Hated Thundercats!!!! I did like GI joe ,Transformers and HE Man,Inspector Gadget, Heathcliff

....and I think the reason older cartoons, especially from the 80's seem so much better is volume. There were SO MANY bad cartoons back then, but the sheer numbers meant you'd eventually stumble on SOMETHING you liked. Everything else was forgotten.

Our affiliate only plays RTV from 10am -10pm. I can't even watch Wolfman Mac anymore! GGRRRR!

And my fave Mr. Magoo is "What's New Mr. Magoo?" that used to come on Saturday mornings after Space Academy.

Even tho I am a kid of the 70's there isn't much toon-wise from then that I can still take. Give me 60's HB and Filmation stuff anyday.
