    I notice a lot of "buyers remorse" for any collectible made after, say, 1982, so I try avoid selling after that time period as there can be much grief and flakiness from buyers. I also agree that recession fatigue or "money thirst" mentioned earlier is much more apparent. I just got my first creepy message here on mm from a zero post-er so I'm hoping its a buddy playing a practical joke. Lonely wackos are everywhere.
