Tebow didn't have a prayer with staying in Denver. On the John Elway show here in Denver, Elway made it clear in so many words that he wanted to wash his hands of Tebow. This was Denver's perfect way out in order for the fans to be happy with their decison to pawn off Tebow to another team (Miami)Comment

WE GOT HIM!!!!! WE GOT HIM!!!!! WE GOT HIM!!!!! PEYTON MANNING IS A FREAKIN BRONCO. TWO OF THE GREATEST QB'S OF ALL TIME, AND I GET TO WATCH THEM PLAY IN MY BACKYARD. WHAT A GREAT DAY TODAY IS.
I'd like Tebow to stay, but I fear his greatest asset is his greatest liability in this case....his fan base. rabid fans are great when you are a sure thing, we dont need Tebow fans chanting "Tebow" everytime Manning throws an incomplete pass.
I'm taking Eric Decker as my starting receiver in Fantasy this year.!!!!!Comment

As a Bronco fan, I am excited. Denver now needs to get some more pieces in place to give Manning a shot at winning. I would like to see them add Dallas Clark and make a run at Mike Wallace.
I wish Tim Tebow well. He is great person but an average QB at best. I have to think that Miami or Jacksonville will give him a look.Comment

Just read the news....congrats to Denver.
I don't know what's going to happen with Tebow. I can see how it places them in an uncomfortable position. If there were no concerns over Manning's health it would be a no-brainer, but it seems to make sense to have a solid #2 just in case.
I don't know if Miami would be a good fit? I know he's from Florida so probably would have a huge following if he was traded to Miami and he was able to accomplish what he did in Denver last year, but not sure if it's the right spot for him either. I feel bad for Tebow because most of the QB wars are over now so there won't be as much interest as there was a week or two ago."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."

I knew it. I knew it. It's the most logical fit. Here's the story...

what could they possibly ask in return for him? no more then a 2nd rounder...no team would give more then that, I think Elway would be happy to get anything for him"Time to nut up or shut up"-Tallahassee
