I agree. Kind of went "all in" on that deal. And I remember people ragging on the Bears for "mortgaging the future" to get Jay Cutler. I think Jay proved how valuable he is to the team when they tanked after he was lost for the rest of the season due to injury.

D, this only helps the Dolphins chances too so you have to be very pleased!

in a way yea, but they supposedly still want to try and get Manning as well...kind of to groom RG3

I think if he goes Miami, then it's only OK to me. The guys only has like 3 years in him and Miami is not a Super Bowl team with him, right now. I would have rather see the FIns go after RG3 at least he's long term.

Broncos fans were polled as to who they preferred...Tebow or Manning.

          66% picked Manning.

          So much for Tebowmania, lol.

The thing is that the Redskins have zero offense, no offensive line, no running, no receiving.

It's going to be a long year for Griffin...is doesn't matter how good he is...he needs help...badly.

Well the Redskins prove they are run by morons once again. It's tough being a Bengals fan but the last decade in DC has been one bad choice after another. I can't see paying what they did for someone who has never played an NFL game yet.

I think it's definitely between the Dolphins and the Broncos. If Manning is smart he'll go the Denver where they already have a good team and Elway running the show who can give him the kind of support that he needs. I feel confident Denver will likely be the team. Tebow was a sound bite for 2011 and Elway knew it. He's just glad he got them into the playoffs but he knew Tebow could never take them where he wants to go.

no way Miami has a way better team, both offensively and Defensively...the Broncos just play in a way softer division...In Miami he has Bush,Marshall, and a pretty nice O-line with Jake Long who's a beast

what kind of support can he expect from Elway when Elway is basically dissing his current QB Tebow over and over again...I would'nt want to work for an ****** like that

There is NO comparison between Tebow and Manning. Tebow isn't qualified to even wipe Peyton's shoes as a QB. But Elway has been in Peyton's shoes. So he KNOWS what Peyton needs as a high profile QB and what they can best expect from him after this injury. I think it's familiarity and respect at the position. Elway is not stupid. He's not going to hang his franchise on Tebow when he's got the chance of a life time to land one of the greatest QB's of this era. I think the math is pretty simple. And Elway will structure his salary based on performance guarantees.

I think it will come down to the Broncos or the Dolphins. Either one is a good choice. Maybe there is a sleeper team we are over looking though.

I don't man...the Broncos offense is horrendous, I think tebow did the best he could with what he had...of course Manning makes them better, but just how much better? can he see himself winning anything there? I don't think so, I'd rather see him as a Cardinal then a Bronco

Manning is going be 36 in two weeks. For the money he's gonna cost, the team better be Super Bowl ready. The perfect fit would have been the 49ers.

Harbaugh still has it in for Manning for taking his job as a rookie in 1998.

Actually, the Niners would be way beyond cool. That would be my favorite choice.
