    Avoid this Ebayer

    numero5ive
I listed three dc figures on ebay Robin,Black Vulcan and the Riddler as a lot.
He won the auction and after it had ended sent a email wanting me to relist the Riddler by itself because he only wanted that figure.
I said no because I want to sell them all together and would be happy to cancel the transaction if he didn't want them.
He paid on the last day.
The day he recieved them he sent me a email stating the Robin was opened at the top(I know it was not).
I told him to send them back and I would refund the total amount and return shipping.
He then wanted a partial refund,I offered him $5.00 half before leaving five star positive feedback half after.
He agrees but hits me on all stars on feedback and opens a paypal claim stating "item not as described" and wanting the rest of the refund in which I
give him but tell him what I think about him(it was not nice).
He resold the Robin figure as new and unopened within a few days.
    I hate liars and scammers.

The minute I get a buyer who starts changing and demanding things...I'm not taking any chances...I won't sell or ship him anything...if he pays, I'll instantly refund his money...and I'll take the negative...thank you very much.

I'm sorry about what happened to you...and thanks for the heads up...he's been blocked.

Thanks for the heads up on this jerk, I will block him right away. It is getting to be such a pain in the backside selling on ebay anymore. I am sorry this happened to you.

I have started doing this as well. I will take a negative as opposed to losing items and money.

it's all ebay's fault for allowing dirtbags to get away with murder.

I totally blame ebay. It drives me nuts how one sided it is now towards buyers. Sellers are the ones who pay all the crazy high fees yet they pander to the buyer.

I agree 1000%! EBay has slanted so much in favor of the buyer that they are driving away good sellers. I closed our store a few months ago. I will still sell a few things there now and then but it is like rolling dice on every sale. You never know if you will end up getting the shaft. Sad.
