Oh, sorry...
Here's the new addition to the family...
I decided not to go with the V-shape grill grate...so I opted for a Santa Maria style open crank wheel grill.
It weighs a ton...certainly a lot more than those Home Depot charcoal grills, lol.
Now I gotta rent a log splitter to cut my impossible to cut by hand tree logs...lol.

Yes, I use oranges to marinate stuff.
I never want to see another bottle of Jack Daniels ever again after over drinking that stuff during my college days, lol.
I have used tequila is some marinades though.
I prefer to marinate chicken with both orange juice and beer...

The grill looks great.Massive cooking area.Your gonna have to get a clear cutting lumber permit to keep that thing full of wood.
Looks really well built, Lots of height on the rack for cooking control,nice welds on all the joints , its not just stamped out.Large hand wheel for easier raising,wheel locks I see, which is a big plus.
I think you picked out a great one. Gonna leave some great grill marks the that grate too. Good choice my friend.Comment
