    Corgi goiong rate?

Looking for the Bond car circa 69-70(I think) had the pop up shield in the rear. Does anybody have price range for loose very nice one?

The (earlier) gold one or the (later) slightly larger silver one?

Loose early release in good* condition would be around $130-$190 on eBay, I think. There is a never-ending queue of folks waiting to buy them, so it depends on who is bidding.

Of course you can always wait for a bargain. It took me 2 years but I finally got a nice early release "Buy It Now" Dinky Thunderbird 2 for $60.

Still waiting on a bargain Bond car though.

    * "Good" meaning a few paint flaws - the roof tends to get scuffed in the box.

Prices tend to be all over the map for that one from what I can tell. Of course condition is everything. It appears that a nice one with the original box would be in the $100 and up range. Just the car in average to good condition is about half that or less. This is for the first issue of course.

The silver ones go cheaper, because they had a longer production run.

I thought about that when I read your post.

It looks like it's not a bad deal for what you get but I am a Redline collector so my Corgi knowledge is limited.
