I saw Charles Bradley tonight and he blew me away. I've never seen anyone deliver lyrics with so much intensity and feeling in person before. He literally seemed to be on the brink of breaking down in tears of joy and pain the entire show - it was unreal.
He's no imitation, he's the real deal. I liked the recordings a lot, but YOU HAVE TO SEE HIM LIVE.
I saw quite a few people wiping tears from their eyes, and when the show ended he walked off stage and into the crowd to hug people and thank them for coming.
