It really bothers me more that it's Eli. It's tough to complain about losing when your team has been to half the Super Bowls in the past 10 years. Especially when we've also had titles in every major sport in the same time period. But I've hated Eli since the day he was drafted. Way before any Super Bowls. I'm no Colts fan but I can respect Peyton for his abilities and attitude. The same way I'm no Yankees fan but love the way Jeter plays the game and carries himself. I just think Eli's a ******bag, plain and simple. From the way he acted on draft day right through today he just doesn't have the attitude to garner the respect his brother gets. I still don't think he'll ever be looked at as the better Manning even with more rings. Even the odds makers show no respect to Eli. How were the Pats favorites when they had one of the worst yards against defenses in the NFL against a team that had the Saints, Packers, and 49'ers in their division. Even in Boston where we take our sports pretty seriously we had people questioning how it happened. It kills me to think he's spoken about in the same sentence with QB's like Peyton, Rodgers, Brees, and Brady.

Well first Cruz was a nobody a few months ago. He came out of nowhere and surprised everyone. Gronk was hurt but he played tonight and the Giants had a few injuies tonight too so you can't blame the injuries. As a Giants fan, I thought the Patriots had the better team going into this game. I still believed in the G-Men but I thought the Pats were a better team. The Pats were 13-3 and Giants were 9-7. Bill Belichick is supposed to be the greatest coach since Lombardi and Tom Brady is supposed to be the best QB in the game today. The Pats were the favorites going into this game and they had the lead late in the 4th Quarter. If Welker catches that ball they win but he didn't. This was the Patriots game and they had it in their hands but the Giants made the plays they had to make and out played them in the end. Brady got out played and so did the Pats as a team. The Giants took this win right out from under them and thats what probably stings the most.
