Party at the neighbor's place and he can really cook. BBQ ribs on the grill with rub and sauce that I picked up for him at Gates' and Arther Bryant's in Kansas City.

I care so little about the teams playing this game that I have some friends coming over and didn't plan a damn thing. I am thinking waffles or something. Just hard to get excited about this game...

Just me, and I'm trying to use up some frozens: sea scallops, tilapia & shrimp. I'll probably grill the scallops in olive oil, salt & pepper, and grill the shrimp in thinned-out BBQ sauce. Not sure on the tilapia, but I'm leaning towards fried w/ breadcrumbs - preferably cornbread a' la catfish.

Oh, on the subject of food: I picked up a bottle of Carolina BBQ sauce by Guy Fieri. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm anxious. I've been looking for a decent Carolina sauce for a while. Guy's sauce should be available nationally, for anyone who is interested.

Hosting a party tonight. Meatballs, Meat/cheese casserole dip, Blazing hot wings, Honey wings, cheese sticks, and a swirling tray with salsa, sour cream, tomato bites, shredded lettuce, and a HUGE bowl of chips. GO PATRIOTS!

Hawaiian meatballs, meatballs, pineapple, green peppers in a sweet and sour homemade sauce simmered in a crockpot all afternoon, lil' smokies and meatballs in BBQ sauce, taco pizza and chip and dip and of course BEER!! GO BLUE!!!
