Toy show in Toronto this Sunday?

It's a smaller show, but these things are always a roll of the dice depending on what you are into. In previous years there have been some cool mego stuff to be found. Other times I've gone in and out pretty quickly, and I'm generally one who lingers and does multiple laps just lookin' at stuff. I generally schedule it with other stuff I have to do in the area anyways rather than make a special trip out to the boonies.

I just knew that Ed or Brian would had to have hit this show one time or another. I've never been to that one (hell, I don't even know where that club is!) but yeah, if it's a smaller show, it's usually a crap shoot. Too far away for me to take a stab at it.

The biggest shame is that it's right near the Mattel factory outlet, but that is closed on Sundays.

Guess I'll take a pass on this one. Anybody know when the next one is? I attended the one on Airport Rd a few years back, and thought it was pretty decent.

What the...??? There's a Mattel factory outlet in Mississauga? Do they have some good stuff there? Wow, never heard of it.

Hit or Miss.

It's been a long while since I've been to the Mississauga outlet, but last time there were Superhero Barbies and DC Classics on discount, as well as Infinite heroes at liquidation prices. I'll have to check it out again soon.

As for the Mississauga toy show, this one really was kind of a catch all toy show this year. I'm sure diecast car guys would have been happy given the number of dealers in that area. Other than that,small and eclectic... lots and lots of smurfs for whatever reason. Not much for the eighties toy collectors for example, who seem to be flocking to their specialized shows, other than one table of Transformers. I'm a vintage superhero guy, so I was in and out pretty quick with a handful of little odds and sods for conversation more than anything else.
