    Digital antenna?

Do any of my fellow television enthusiasts know how to set up a digital antenna? My wife and I just got rid of satellite and use Netflix but we would like to see local news. How does it work?

Depending on your local reception, as long as your TV has a built in digital ATSC tuner, you can use any rabbit ears or rooftop antenna to pick up local digital over the air signals. If you have an older TV without a digital tuner, you will have to buy an external one. There is no such thing as a "digital" antenna. Any antenna will work as long as you have the proper tuner in your TV. And the best thing, the over the air HD picture from the major networks is probably better than anything you'd get from cable or satellite, which are usually more compressed.
