Not me, he had his run in Bengal land, So glad they didn't sign him again. At one time he was worth the drama, but not now.

The Niners already had him...no thank you, lol.

Nah, he's through...flat broke (because he's an idiot)...and no one in the NFL will ever touch him with a 10 foot pole....ever again.

The dude is damaged goods....your Dolphins can pick him up...good luck with him.

          Yeah...really awesome...lol.

uhh......if the place that failed in Alabama is what I think it is,the reason why it failed is because casinos ain't allowed here. Should have done his homework before sinking his money.

I think hes made over $80 million in his career. If he's broke then he deserves it. I have absolutely no sympathy for someone who blows through money like that. Idiot.

The most painful part of reading the story is that he refuses to hold himself accountable to anything. He has everyone else to blaim but himself. Sad to see someone with such fantastic natural talent waste it away because their own self absorption prevents them from seeing the person that the rest of us see.

That's EXACTLY why he's broke - No discipline; A sense of entitlement; and no accountability for his own actions. The gutter awaits him with open arms.

I think he's a tragic figure and I have some sympathy for him. He made a ton of bad decisions and acted like a huge *** everywhere he went and he's pretty much incapable of self-reflection. So he's not going to get much sympathy from anyone.

If you read the story the money was blown through bad investments put together by his advisors. He didn't lead a particularly lavish lifestyle, and I can totally believe he's too trusting and too loyal to certain people.

TO has a personality disorder and his upbringing was truly awful. That grandmother that raised him never showed him any affection and he has a pathological need for attention as result. Plus he's not an intellectual giant to put it mildly. So give an ignorant abused kid from the sticks 80 million dollars and the attention of modern sports media and see what happens.

IMO ..., T O was Great to Watch as a Player. When He was with The 49ers/Cowboys/Eagles . I only saw him 1 time as a Begal ..., And I don't believe at all as a Bill.

I can't think of a game where when he played, He wasn't Exciting to watch. And When He was a 49er ..., That "Star Battle" In Dallas with Emmit Smith was about 1 of the Most Entertaining Jests I've ever seen in Football. The Sharpe Was Great too.

Within two years of retirement, 78% of ALL NFL players are bankrupt or in severe financial distress. The average NFL career only lasts three years. Factor in taxes, cost of living, and this misguided belief that better years and bigger paychecks await conspire most players to blow their earnings no matter what the amount is. TO is simply in the spotlight because of the way he promoted his name. The truth is he joins the majority of players that have no clue what to do with themselves after they've been carried the majority of their life. Their spared having to get a job or attend classes in high school because they have to spend all their waking hours playing sports and all the after game functions related. People give them money, shoes, equipment, and pat them on the back and tell them how great they are. When they fail in the simple task of achieving a suitable GPA to attend college, the Universities run to their rescue and grant them "waivers". Schools look the other way and grant the requests. Why? Because they don't want to get sued for not carrying the athlete ENOUGH. Instead of identifying the problem as laziness, they call it a "learning disability". No one challenges the diagnosis and everybody gets what they want. The high school is off the hook, the college gets their athlete, and the player goes back to partying. It's like that every step of the way. They are excused from responsibility. They are forgiven for their mistakes. And through the course of this pageantry for the player, he develops a complete lack of ability to account for himself. There's always someone there to say "I'll get you out of this." That is until their no longer valued as an athlete. Then their yesterday's news. And yesterday comes all too quickly for most of these guys. Opportunities wasted. Fortunes blown. All because they never took the time to do anything for themselves. Let's face it. Our institutions of "learning" manufacture more morons than they do educated members of society. And it's all because of the almighty dollar. Everybody gets what they want.
