Mego Mom Stories
I remember one time when I had a Superman Mego, Some how his uniform got lost or ripped (I can't Recall the exact reason why I had no uniform for him) I let my mom know that I wanted him in uniform, so, What she did was she did was she took some Red, Blue and Yellow and she hand stiched a new uniform for him. I was so happy to have him in his uniform, it was not a perfect uniform but I did not care. I had my Superman complete. Like my RC Batman I also lost track of what happned to this figure,Few years ago, I came across the uniform in one of thee boxes in one of my closets, cant recall which one, but now, that I have lost my mom, I need to locate it and display it.

It was great of your Mom to sew you a new Superman outfit; would make the figure more valuable to me! With any luck, your Mom will help you again in tracking that suit down!

yeah, my mom used to make stuff periodically. she made an arab costume for my Kenner Indiana Jones....wish i still had that. she also added the green sleeves to my green arrow costume as the one i had was missing the cuffs and the shoulder flares. i still have that one and it sits proudly in my display caseComment
