SOPA looks like it may be on the ropes, but wiki is still going through with the blackout because of PIPA. It's too bad that the other sites that were thinking about a blackout (Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, etc) didn't join in. The "nuclear option" would have made a heck of an impact.

I guess it's OK to make fun of SOPA & PIPA if you understand what it's all about (and most Tech's do)...but...alot of average, everyday users don't...and they should.

Thanks. It's not that I don't take it seriously, or pay attention to the news, but we have enough humility to understand that congress won't notice if the Mego Museum goes dark.
