Technically, they HAVE found remains. They've found numerous hair samples that have undergone extensive DNA testing and come back as an unidentified species of primate that doesn't match any known animal.
If you've got a hair sample that's a primate, and it's not human, not gorilla, chimp, or orangutan...what is it then?

But no one has ever found remains. It's not just you that hasn't run across them, nobody has knowingly found remains.
I'd like nothing more to believe that there's a race of giant, stinky, hairy hippies living out there in the woods, but I gotta see the evidence like you did to actually believe.Leave a comment:

Two funniest shows to me right now are The Big Bang Theory and Raising Hope. Cloris Leachman is hilarious on Raising Hope.Leave a comment:

I haven't seen the show yet - or even heard of it, but the subject of Big Foot has been a well debated subject on these forums.
I believe the data so far clearly shows that the existence of Big Foot is highly unlikely.
As I've stated many times, I don't necessarily think ALL Big Foot researchers or enthusiasts deserve ridicule (but some sure do). As it happens there's quite a few Big Foot believers on here that are - in my opinion, wrong - but they're not unintelligent cranks.
Well, I don't think I came by my opinion easily - I think I've spent a decent amount of time reading articles and looking at the research from both sides.
I understand that you believe you saw a giant primate - but I think there are a great number of things that make human perception too unreliable to form definitive proof of anything from human perception alone.
I applaud him for stating his opinion without worrying about how people judge him- but I think all beliefs should be questioned and tested. I try and test mine. I think standing firm on ANYTHING is only good if you want to stand still.Leave a comment:

So not mocking you but i have a great idea for a cartoon. Ninja bigfoot. deh neh neh neh neh neh neh neh neh neh neh, every body was bigfoot fighting, those foots were fast as lightning.
I want one freakin piece of footage to CLEARLY show a bigfoot. I don't qualify 90% of legitimate sightings as real. Mushrooms are a hell of a drug.
I am only playing with you bro.Leave a comment:

I applaud you sir for standing up for your beliefs....I believe you 100%...You know what you saw, you were old enough to rationalize what it wasn't(bear, man in suit) and even today, stand firm in your beliefs....Someday, we'll know for sure..I'm going to get ridiculed for this I know, but here goes. I know for a fact Bigfoot does exist, because I saw one face to face when I was 10, and it was a life changing experience. I grew up in a very forested area of NE Ohio, and we used to cut wood on fall weekends for heat during the winter. I know exactly what I saw, and it was indeed a six to seven foot tall humanoid primate. It was NOT a bear. Bears can stand on their hind legs, but they are not built to walk or run on them, and this thing did. I can tell you I was never more scared in my life. I have never seen one since, and I hope I never do again.
It's very easy to dismiss something until you have seen it. As for not finding any bones, NE Ohio has a very large bear population and I've never found a bear skeleton in 40 years of venturing into the woods. Does that mean there are no bears? Of course not.
That said, I do agree with you about the show, Finding Bigfoot. Their methods are so ridiculously unscientific and sloppy, there is no way anyone can or should take them seriously.
However, there have been enough legitimate sightings, footprints, and even hair samples found to make a case for the existence of Bigfoot.
The hair samples are the best evidence, IMO. There is an unknown species of primate leaving hair all over North American forests.

My favorite show to laugh my butt off is FINDING BIGFOOT. These morons freakin kill me. I love Bobo the best. My favorite parts are when they make their own so called Bigfoot calls. Also when they say stuff like....bigfoots are known to blah blah blah. Best one was that they swim underwater and come up underneath ducks to eat them. Really? ninja bigfoots who hold their breath to stalk the prey.
Next time they are in the area i am going camping myself. I am in the heart of the smokey mountains and they have already been in north Georgia and parts of NC close to me. I'm going to have a blast messing with these tools.
There has never ever been a bone found ever or any proof they are real. They have to be ninjas?

No "Reality TV" is actually real. Not Ghosthunters, Pawn Stars, Pickers. etc. Scenes are set up scripted and done in multiple takes. None of it is truly real and yes Finding Bigfoot is pretty bad. I made it through about twenty minutes of it and had enough. Never watched it again.Leave a comment:
