People Start Pollution. People Can Stop It: PSA's in the 70's

Does anyone remember the public service announcment about lead poisoning that ended with a shot of a kid eating paint chips? I tried searching youtube, but couldn't find it. I'm pretty sure I didn't make it up.

But while we're on the subject, some these PSA's really stuck with me over the years. Remember this-

I do recall a PSA where the kid had paint chips in his mouth-eating them.

BTW...The paint chips one I remember was an ad to get kids tested and they'd get a free balloon. I knew I hadn't eaten any paint chips, but I talked my mom into taking me. I wanted the balloon. I was never a child to put weird things in my mouth.
