AJ Smith is just a hard-nosed GM. He does it his way...period. Most of the time that's fine, until you start letting your talent walk.

I realize he has hard decision to make as a GM, but sometimes you've got to listen to good advice from the people around you and not just make decisions on your own.

The WORST decision he has made is hiring Norv Turner. For that, both he and Norv should be fired.
