Wow that really sucks. I have no hate for Turner, i just think he sucks. Everywhere he has so called coached, the team has sucked. He has even had owners who poured money into the team and he still can't coach. Is there that much of a shortage of coaches available?

^ I have never liked the Cowboys. I lived in Washington D.C. for 4 years between the ages of 8 and 12 and was a Charger and Redskin fan. Haven't pulled for the Redskins in a long time though.

Wow..no love for Norv? His Charger teams have lost like two games in December since he's been there. He's considered one of the finest offensive minds around. I'd rather have Norv Turner than Ron Rivera....or Chan Gailey...or Mike Munchak...or Raheem Morris...or Jack Del Rio...or Jason Garret...or a handful of other retread coaches. There's a reason why Philip Rivers throws for 4000+ yds year after year. Have they won a Super Bowl? No but Indy and Pitt have dominated the AFC however SD has not been very far behind......

Nope, no love for Norv. Somehow, he manages EVERY YEAR to bring out mediocrity in his players.

It is pointless to win all your games in December, but then lose during the playoffs.

He went to the AFC championship game his first year...but then nothing since.

He is a soft, player's coach who does not know how to get a team to the next place, the next level. 6 years is plenty of time.

I think he's be perfect back in Big D...they need a new offensive coordinator. Garrett obviously can't do both jobs at the same time. I'd welcome him back as the new offensive coordinator. Where's Wahnstedt these days?? We sure as hell need a new defensive coordinator.

I think that the biggest problem with the Chargers is AJ Smith. He lets players go, lets one hold out for most of 2010, helps make poor draft pics etc. Norv Turner seems like a great guy, just not head coach material. I really don't see the Chargers doing much until those two are gone.
