So I printed the label stuck it on the package. Is there anything else I need to do? What is this plastic bag stuff about?

    Oh
You need to send three copies of that customs form
The custom envelope bag is available at the PO
Keep one copy of the form
It should have printed four copies

Four copies of the label, not the "Customs Barcode Number"?

I don't have those bags, so is there some way I can do something else? I have to sign all four copies or just the original and photocopy it?

      Sorry, confused by this..lol.

          Hmmm
          Only printed one copy??
I'm surprised. From an eBay paypal transaction??
Maybe because it is first class??

I have only seen the four copy version. The very first package I sent overseas from an eBay sale, I sent it wrong but it got there. I didn't know. I only sent one copy of the form and just pasted it on the box like you have.

I would double check before sending to be safe.

Answer found. Yes, First Class is only the label.

In this case that's all you need to do. Ebay started the first-class international label a while back. You still can't print an international first-class label at the USPS.com postal site, only from ebay.

Hopefully this will be the last FCI package I sent off. It's going to be Priority from now on and I do not give a rat's *** how expensive it is for the buyer.

Tonight, I got my first 2 negative feedback ratings yesterday from a French buyer with only 25 ratings. This is idiot posts the feedback in French with no inquiries about the package before doing so.

So now my perfect track record is tarnished.
