As for a cologne/perfume headache, I work at a college and about 5 years ago when the kids there were really into the axe body spray and stuff, there were times I would hold my breath walking down hallways. They never heard of the expression "less is more"

I have a few colognes that I have had for years and use sparingly. Do not wear it to work at all as I don't want to even worry about giving someone a cologne headache.

My wife only likes it if I wear it sparingly myself. I don't even spray it directly on me. My wife thinks the best way to apply cologne is to spray once away from you and walk into the mist. I know it might sound a little strange but isn't as strong and isn't concentrated onto that particular spot where it was applied.
