I didn't like Star Trek as a kid...too cerebral for me...lol.

I was a huge Lost in Space fan...that was my favorite childhood show.

Then as I got a little older...I started liking Star Trek...and then obviously...became a fan.

But when Star Wars came along...I set Star Trek aside...and really got into Star Wars...it just made a huge impact on me like never before...it was like a drug...lol.

The Return of the Jedi came in...and suddenly I didn't think Star wars was that special anymore...but still loved the Star Wars saga.

I did love Star Trek: The Motion Picture and Wrath of Khan...but did not hold the magic that the first Star Wars films did.

So over the years...I preferred Star Wars over Star Trek.

But then...one day...

The Phantom Menace arrived...and I turned to Star Trek for shelter...lol.

Thanks to George Lucas' HORRIBLE new Trilogy...I now consider myself more Trekkie than Padawan...lol.
