4 of the top 7 teams lost. Looks like we might see a rematch of 'bama/LSU for the title, which I'd support. They tied in regulation, and I don't care much for OT in football.

Looking forward to LSU/Arkansas on Friday & 'bama/Auburn on Sat, and then Georgia/LSU(probably) in the SEC championship game. Outside of the SEC, your best teams are probably Stanford & Virginia Tech, who just aren't that exciting. Strange year. Too bad Boise State lost and my Buckeyes self-destructed in the off-season, or one of them might have had a title shot.

USC 38, No. 4 Oregon 35.
No. 22 Baylor 45, No. 5 Oklahoma 38.
North Carolina State 37, No. 7 Clemson 13.

I really don't have a favorite college football team. I have watched all the big games and every team in the top 10. I would not mind a rematch as i think those 2 are still the best teams i have seen play.

This weekend was a good one for Bama. All they can do is make sure they win the Iron Bowl and then let the chips fall where they may. If they don't get LSU in the title game again at least they get a BCS Bowl game.

Arkansas has beat LSU 3 of the last 4 years. For some reason, they have their number. It ought to be a great game.

I'm interested in a lot of these one loss teams and how they are matched up in bowl games. Lots of intriguing possibilities.

Arkansas vs OK State

Boise State vs Oregon

Houston vs any team with. a defense

Kansas State vs. Wisconsin

This is going to be a sweet bowl season. If LSU and Bama win out there's no way you don't have a rematch.

Only thing I disagree with is if LSU beats Arky, we have to go to SEC Championship game, while Bama sits at home, not even winning their division/conference.

LSU is in the worst place among the three teams. If we lose to Arky Friday, more than likely, Arky jumps us in polls, Bama goes to SEC CG, and Arky waits to see what OK St does to OK, but at least goes to a BCS game, LSU goes to Capt One again.

All this, even though LSU had tougher schedule than either of these teams

The strength of schedule of LSU might keep them at #2 with a loss to Arky, and still goes to SEC CG
