I hate YouTube!!

I have just spent 2 hours trying to load a video YouTube will not accept. I know how to do this, I have videos on YouTube. I don't know if they're reformatting, b/c I'm using the same program I've been using (Windows Movie Maker), and doing it the same way I've done it before, and it's saying that my file reads wlmp instead of wmv and it won't accept that. How can that be when I'm using the same laptop and the same program? Is anyone else haivng trouble? Any tips on how to fix this? If not, I can't make videos anymore.

Then click the arrow on “save movie”
Then click “Standerd Defination”
And then you save it some where and is should save as wmv

Huh? Click what? Is that on YouTube, or is that right clicking on the PC?

On the pc, what version of windows do you have?

Never mind, I figured it out, except the choice was High definition so I clicked that, (I've used that once or twice),but it didn't work. It's still reading the file as wlmp.

If you have windows 7 64bit, just save the video as a pocket phone. its a little less quality

try renaming the file as a .wmv it may work. Do this by locating the file on your pc, right click, rename... At thie point the name of the file should be highlighted, type in the videos name and the end it with '.wmv'

It's not hard. Get a mac, you'll see very quickly.

someday! I'm sure it would make my life easier!! Going to have to invest in a great camera first though.
