Anybody watching the new Beavis and Butthead ?

Been watching the new Beavis and Butthead for the last few weeks now (since their return).

It's weird how they are more likeable now (without changing) ... I'm guessing because there's so many unlikeable cartoon characters today Beavis and Butthead seem tame.

I hate them commenting on lousy MTV reality shows rather than only music videos...

All in all the new Beavis and Butthead is "ok" but makes me wish somebody would have brought back King of the Hill instead.

I actually like they way they clown on the reality shows. Seems like a natural progression for the duo especially since MTV doesn't really play music videos anymore. I do really appreciate how Mike Judge has stayed true to form with the look, sound and characters... Personally I think it wouldn't work as well had it been 'updated' in anyway.

I heard it's the only current cartoon being made that doesn't include any computer animation ... It's all done the old fashioned way

Set it up as a season pass on our DVR so we have been watching all of them. Love it and glad to see them back again.

I have been watching too, and even though I am much older, I still find them funny. I too would like to see more video's as opposed to Jersey Shore, Teen Mom etc but like Jimsmegos said, MTV doesn't really play videos. I am glad to see them back and it feels like they never left.

Caught an episode last night. It feels like it's lost something to me. Cinemax ran the movie earlier in the day which seemed way better to me.

                    I always liked the movie

It proved B&B really don't need to do videos

That's why I'd love to see it done as a straight cartoon now instead of them talking over reality TV crap

I would venture a guess that the kept with the old format for 1. Familiarity and 2. it's easier to work with the shorts than a full length 22 minute episode.

                      Just a thought.

i watched an episode last night. maybe it is because iot has been so long or maybe just because I am so much older but it just did not seem all that funny to me anymore. I did like that they riff on all the crappy reality TV though

I'm watching and enjoying them. I actually enjoy them goofing on the "reality shows".
