Those numbers only tell part of the story. The vote was reset after some fradulent bidding was uncovered. At one point the vote was Senior 9,206 to Junior 227,091. That’s about 96% of the vote for Junior. Whatever the final tally, Senior got smoked by Paulie.
Although Jesse James is obviously the best true bike builder here...it is a group effort...and Paul Jr does have some really nice modern designs...so he has a good shot...especially since Jesse James really doesn't go for the "pretty" look at times...he just builds tough long lasting bikes...but not necessarily aesthetically pleasing-looking bikes.
James makes bikes to ride. OCC and PJD make show bikes.
BTW...the Teutuls already had a head-to-head build off...it was the Cadillac bike build episode from last season's finale.
But due to the disparity of the votes...the final results were never aired...

He could, given enough time. We all know he's somewhat of a slacker, so it depends on hiw many days they get. Sr? will finish his first, but Jr.'s will look cooler
The only thing Sr. and Jr. can design and build is elaborate gas tanks.
Sr. can build an entire bike, however the only customizing he does is with the paint job on an existing gas tank or on a custom gas tank that was built by Rick Petko.
Jr. can actually design and build a custom bike (not just gas tanks), but he can't do the wiring, so he can't build a bike from scratch by himself.
