The traditional way...roast the sucker in the oven...lol. I bake the stuffing separately. I'd rather have an apple, onion, celery, and carrots inside the bird...it really gives it a nice flavor.
I also like to make mole poblano with turkey...but not on Thanksgiving...because mole poblano is a Mexican dish...and doesn't fit the American holiday.
I'd like to attempt to fry it one day...before I croak...lol.
