My team is one of the worst in division 1 football. So it's rough. Can't wait for basketball season when we are usually a top five team......

I was a little worried about the Bama game next week, but the way we played this past weekend, we look unstoppable. All LSU has to do is shut down Robinson.

Robinson is the best player in the SEC, but LSU has more overall top end players.

You are right. It is going to be a great game. Even though I'm picking Bama, it's a pick with reservations. I do believe LSU can win, but it's going to take everything they've got.

LSU's defense and special teams are unbelievable. They are better than Bama's ST and defense, but Bama's offense is better.

Like the old saying goes, "Offenses sell tickets, defenses win championships!"

What sucks is I gotta work that night!!!

Having seen both and being fairly objective (not an LSU or Bama fan), my observations are:

Bama actually has a better defense, but only slightly better. The thing that makes them better is Saban's coaching. Chavis is great, but Saban is the best.

LSU has better special teams players.

Their offenses are about the same.

I think it's going to be something like 13-10 or 17-14 Bama. But it could very easily be those scores in LSU's favor.

Either way, this is the National Championship game IMO.

Yeah, this should be a good year for OSU/Michigan. I'm expecting an even game that means a lot to both teams.

The Terrapins are receiving more press for their ugly Under Armour uniforms than they are for playing competitive football. Actually pretty smart of Under Armour. Their founder and CEO is a UMD alum. and ex-football player. The goal was the free publicity and he received it....good or bad.
