I saw a sneak preview last night -
It was mostly fun - though often the humor is at the movie's expense (as you might already expect), which is okay - because it doesn't take itself too seriously anyway.
No spoilers, but I will say this - don't leave your mind at the door, leave it at home under your couch before you leave. For a fairly straight forward plot it's got an incredible amount of coincidences and plot holes.
I think it's probably fine for most kiddies - it's got a huge death toll mind you, but there's very little in the way of graphic violence. Like the Errol Flynn days lots of people get sworded all over the place, but none of fatal injuries look real. And the little ones at the screening last night seemed to enjoy it.
