It gets better and better. I can't really imagine lighting up now, and in fact it really american beers me off when folks smoke around me when I work. Keep it up. YOu have my undying admiration.

That is really a great achievement. You are not only doing yourself a service but also reducing exposure of 2nd hand smoke to your child. My brother was a heavy smoker and quit cold turkey when his daughter was born. She is now 10 and still says there are days when he craves a cigarette (goes to show how powerful it is) but he is doing this with a better purpose in mind. Good for you.
