    Old shows on METV

are still edited but are better handled then the few that are still left on TVLand and other cable. I like it. It has the flavor of a local TV station showing reruns that I want to see but they sure aren't letting me forget how old I am...

When I used to watch Batman or Star Trek on TV, the commercials were for kid's cereal, McDonalds, toys, soft drinks, K-Tell records, etc

On METV, the commercials are for medic-alert bracelets, diabetes monitoring equipment, life insurance (with The Fonz, no less) , reverse mortgages and more

It's almost like they are saying "METV, If you are watching us, you are a geezer!"

I haven't noticed any edits on the Columbos

BTW, I HATE that Childrens Hospital commercial

I think it depends on the source and the particular price on whether a show is edited on METV or not.
