I never liked Sloppy Joes

Manwich is even worse

Nope. Although I ate 'em when served, they were never a favorite of mine. Most kids loved 'em. I always wondered why.....

Now as an adult my wife makes a homeade version that me and the girls are crazy for...

Though I much prefer "Juicy Pig" sandwiches... pulled pork simmered in barbeque sauce... that's a winner!

Sloppy Joes were my favorite cafeteria food item in junior high school.

But once I went to high school...I switched to pizza and burgers...

homemade french fires sound yummy. Sloppy Joe's are too much like eating soup or stew on a bun. I'll take a Red Robin Burger over an SJ any day.

Last time I had one was in 6th grade-- I usually ate anything that was on my plate, though I've always been partial to seafood, steaks and hamburgers. I've always been a big time carnivore. I'd eat a sloppy joe if someone made one for me--
