Check out this vintage letter by Paul McCartney written to an unknown drummer, asking him to come audition for his band, the Beatles, back in 1960. It goes up for auction this week. Now there is a fella living with true regret.

I'd love to hear Paul shine some light on this. Wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't though.
