      What would help narrow it down considerably is if you roughly remember what year you played the game

          Do you guys remember one called Kicker? It was a little karate guy jumping from level to level of an old chinese building kicking arses!!! It was fun and addictive.

            Most of my arcade experience was from the late 1970's. By 1981 I was working part time after school so my days of hanging out at the local arcade were mostly over. I spent more time playing pinball back then but there were a few arcade video games that I enjoyed like the game Tempest that I mentioned in this thread.

              It was an Full size arcade machine sometime around 1981 or 82'.
