If you measure it on the screen the van should fit between the posts no problem. The mirrors should be higher than the posts so they won't hit. Try it and see what you think.
But I think it's possible the barriers might be built to be easily removed incase of a fire emergency.
If not I don't think the fire department would allow them to be built.
Just a guess.
Actually, i'm pretty sure the only bollards that cannot be removed are the ones around gas pumps and some drive-thu's.
They're sunk directly into a concrete base... usually 4 foot.
Most others (if permanent) would violate a city's fire code if not easily removable for an emergency.
Bwahahaha even if the van is a tight fit ..it seems idiotic to park it inside the area...and if they are unboltable why give yourselves more work by having to unbolt then rebolt the bollard after you have driven out.......they is stupid.
