if he was humble about his success I would agree with you Hector but if he acts like a total ****** then all I want to do is smack him

Well...I don't follow his career (that would be creepy, lol)...but I wasn't aware that he was a little dick...I was under the impression that he was a decent kid...I dunno.

I didn't mean for my drawing to come off creepy. I just admire him so much for being able to dance like he's running in place, I thought "Vitamin J (that's what I call him) has done so much for us, what could I do for him?" and BAM out came a portrait.

                        >Kinda sad that many people hate on this kid that made good

I don't hate HIM personally; just the corporate sponsored pap he shills. 'Course I've hated ALL the teenybopper swill I've been overexposed to all my life. N*sync, Backstreet Boys, NKOTB, Menudo, Jackson 5, the Osmonds.... More hate for the Beeb. WARNING: LOTS of harsh language, but some salient points:

The Jackson 5 should NOT be mentioned with the rest of those clown...the Jackson 5 were baddarse...the greatest boy band group of all times...BY A MILLION, BILLION, TRILLION MILES...

P.S. The Osmonds were not remotely in their league...but they were decent...a bit syrupy and wholesome...but decent nevertheless.

I don't see it. I think everything The Amazing Atheist posted about "One Less Lonely Girl" applies equally well to "ABC." And I dislike it for the same reasons. 'Course, it IS catchy and competently done, so I can see why folks would enjoy it; but I don't think it's any deeper or more complex than any other boy band.

You are soooooooooooooooooooooo missing the point.

It's not about the simple lyrics or lack of complexity...it's about the real genuine funkiness and soulfulness of the group...and the sheer pure talent of Michael Jackson...none of which all the other boy bands had/have...not in this lifetime.

You think pathetic manufactured Menudo for example (or the others)...had these elements?

                              Of course not...lol.

The Jackson 5 had Michael Jackson...that alone nulls your argument tenfold...and I'm respectfully saying that...not trying to be a smartarse or anything...hope you know that.

Dude, seriously? When I hear "ABC" baddarse is not exactly what comes to mind.

But then, I was listening to this

                                http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1pMMIe4hb4

when the Jackson 5 was popular. So, I don't judge.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
