I guess the question is how old are the grapes. If they are just from the market, probably not. If you've had them for a long while, like three or four years....

They need to be fermented and distilled for it to produce alcohol.

Certain grapes will naturally ferment but have to be kept in a certain environment for a certain period of time to turn to alcohol.
