    Greetings Mummies and Deadies, Boys and Ghouls. As of yesterday, I pulled out my Halloween records as I do every October 1st, and let the nostalgia wash over me. Post your faves, whether they be songs, stories, sound effects, pictures, videos or links. Share your tales about them! Here are mine:

    ^My best friend had this one and brought it to my house. The Monster Mash song was OK, but when the sounds started, we got so scared we squished ourselves under the coffee table!

    I have a Fat Albert Halloween record. It's a direct soundtrack of the show. I remember when I first got it in '95, I hadn't seen the special since I was a kid. I had fun imagining what it looked like. I finally got the video a few years ago. Y'know, I kinda liked my vision better!

      Thank you so very much for the Fat Albert link! I LOVE that funky sound that they used for the soundtrack on all of the Fat Albert cartoons. Great stuff!

              Couldn't agree more. Simply brilliant. I loved all the old school Disney Halloween stuff. Those folks set a standard for me that nothing comes close to replacing or replicating.

                  Sounds That Make You Shiver was my fav. I can still recite every word Dracula says at the beginning.

                          I remember we got this from the library in the early 80s when I lived w/ my dad. My little half brother (around 5 at the time) was so scared of it, we couldn't play it when he was around. And he's the one that wanted it!
