Most of you are saying huh? Sandy has been going through a battery of tests and iron infusions for the last seven weeks and seeing an oncologist. Although she still has a myriad of health problems, leukemia is not one of them. She had a lot of the symptoms but tests came back negative. I've had this dark spectre of doom hovering over me for a month. It feels good to actually have positive news for a change.
She still has a lot of challenges ahead, and I'm thankful this was not added to her plate. She's already spent 56 days in the hospital in 2011. We certainly did not need to add chemo. Thanks to all who have asked about her and have sent well wishes. It means more to us than you'll know.
